The United Nations organization which oversees international telecommunications practices is meeting this December for a conference that could significantly affect the global Internet. Many of the proposals up for discussion have been shrouded in secrecy -- until now.
WCITleaks.org is collecting leaked documents relating to the conference, dubbed the World Teleconference on International Telecommunications, and posting them online for all to access.
